Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Adelaide team. You will lead the delivery of Mining, Minerals & Metals projects from concept through execution, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality targets are met.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage scope and risks, and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to drive value and continuous improvement. Flexibility for hybrid work is available within a dynamic energy portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering mining, minerals & metals projects.
• Strong understanding of mining processes and brownfield/greenfield environments.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, AIPM) is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Mining, Minerals & Metals projects in accordance with project objectives, client requirements and Worley procedures.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and key stakeholders.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering and project delivery teams to achieve project outcomes.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality requirements.
• Prepare project execution plans, forecasts, progress reports and client presentations.
• Drive a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Adelaide team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of projects from concept through to execution and close-out, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead the delivery of Mining, Minerals & Metals projects in accordance with project objectives, client requirements and Worley procedures.

What You'll Have

• Demonstrated experience delivering projects within the Mining, Minerals & Metals industry.
• Strong understanding of mining, mineral processing, materials handling, brownfield and greenfield project environments.
• Proven capability managing multidisciplinary engineering, procurement and construction activities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and client relationship management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen, including project controls, contracts and risk management.
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse project teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Project management certification (PMP, AIPM, PRINCE2 or equivalent) is highly regarded.
