Job summary

Crossmuller is seeking a Project Engineer to drive projects from concept to commissioning across data centres, manufacturing, automation and industrial sites. You will bridge engineering design with hands-on delivery, working with clients, suppliers, and site teams to realise concepts in the field.

The role involves on-site problem solving, coordinating schedules and documentation, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure project outcomes align with client needs and timelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Mechatronic, or related discipline.
• Experience delivering infrastructure/data centre projects.
• Exposure to commissioning and IST.
• Experience managing schedules, docs and stakeholders.
• Proficiency reading electrical drawings.
• Ability to balance design with site delivery.
• Strong communication and relationship skills.

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Electrical, Mechatronic, or related Engineering discipline
• Experience delivering projects in infrastructure or data centre environments
• Exposure to commissioning, site supervision, and Integrated Systems Testing (IST)
• Experience managing project schedules, documentation and stakeholder communication
• Proficiency in reading electrical drawings and strong technical problem‑solving skills
• Ability to balance engineering design with site‑based project delivery
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
