Job summary

LUMEA is seeking a Project Engineer - Grade 2 to lead technical and commercial aspects of major infrastructure projects in Australia. You will mentor engineers, build strong stakeholder relationships, and oversee design, coordination, and execution from concept to completion.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in large-scale project delivery.
• Degree-qualified engineers (preferably electrical) or industry professionals with relevant experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and commercial aspects of projects to deliver winning solutions.
• Inspire and mentor team members to foster high performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration.
• Oversee project planning, execution and reporting with focus on safety, quality and compliance.
• Apply deep engineering knowledge to design, coordinate and execute large-scale infrastructure projects.
