Job summary

Lycopodium is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Perth-based team on a major Pakistan-based project. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will ensure timely and professional delivery of project deliverables in line with requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent and 3–5+ years’ post-graduate experience in project engineering, with strong budgeting and scheduling capabilities and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent.
• 3 - 5+ years’ post graduate experience in Project Engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve consistently high standards within both budgetary and schedule constraints.
• Ability to build and sustain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors and co-workers.
• Solid technical aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with the project specific requirements.
• Assisting with the creation, implementation and maintenance of project specific procedures, work practices, plans and protocols.
• Assisting with project control activities including scheduling, forecasting.
• Managing inputs from various team members including engineering, procurement, contracts, and project teams.
• Assisting in the preparation of contract scope of works and commercial tender reviews.
• Carrying out assigned project activities in a manner that priorities safety, environment, community and industrial relations.
• Participating in the Project quality management process and review of vendor quality documentation.

Due to the Company’s involvement in a number of new projects, we are currently recruiting for a Project Engineer to join our Perth based team on a major Pakistan based project.

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Engineer is responsible for the accurate, timely and professional delivery of project deliverables in accordance with the company, client and projects requirements.

The tasks you will perform:

• Ensuring compliance with the project specific requirements
