This is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of South Australia’s largest and most significant infrastructure projects, working alongside experienced Project Managers, Senior Project Engineers and construction professionals.

You’ll take ownership of key areas of project delivery and gain exposure across construction planning, procurement, commercial management, technical coordination and site delivery.

We’re looking for a Project Engineer who brings strong civil construction fundamentals, communicates well and enjoys being closely involved in project delivery.

Experience across water, sewer, drainage or underground services will be highly regarded, but we’re equally interested in Project Engineers from broader civil and infrastructure backgrounds.

You’ll work across both the technical and commercial aspects of project delivery, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, supporting procurement, monitoring programme and costs, resolving technical queries and maintaining accurate project documentation.

You’ll also work closely with Supervisors and site teams, giving you hands‑on exposure to construction delivery and the opportunity to see your work progress from planning through to completion.

This is a role where you’ll be encouraged to take ownership, solve problems and continue developing your project delivery capability.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, records and reporting.
  • Identify project risks, delays and opportunities early.
  • Work closely with Supervisors and site teams to resolve technical and construction issues.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.
  • Contribute to construction methodologies, technical problem-solving and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar project delivery role within civil construction or infrastructure.
  • Good understanding of project planning, procurement, scheduling and construction coordination.
