Job summary

Redpath Partners seeks an experienced Project Director to lead two high-security office fit-out projects in Melbourne and Sydney. You will oversee delivery from construction through to handover, coordinating Tier 2/3 contractors and critical stakeholders to meet security and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Director or senior delivery leader in construction/fit-out.
• Proven track record delivering complex commercial office fit-outs.
• Experience managing Tier 2 and Tier 3 contractors on major projects.
• Exposure to high-security office environments or government facilities is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for two high-security office fit-out projects in Melbourne and Sydney.
• Manage scope, programme, budget, quality, risk and safety to achieve outcomes.
• Lead coordination of Tier 2/3 contractors, consultants and subcontractors.
• Oversee construction delivery, procurement, project controls and reporting.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment on objectives.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols, regulatory requirements and project specs.
