Job Description

• Lead the end-to-end development of energy projects post land acquisition to financial close, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including government bodies, contractors, and internal teams.
• Oversee project time-lines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Manage external consultancies to ensure timely completion for feasibility studies, grid connection, etc.
• Prepare and present detailed project plans, updates, and reports to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimisation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Development Manager should have:

• Experience in either Town planning or experienced in project development or delivery of renewable projects, with a desire to work in project development.
• Strong project management skills, with ability to focus on ensuring schedules of projects remain on track.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A degree in engineering, town planning, or a related field.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements and challenges.
