Job summary
A leading company in Australia is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist in managing contractors and schedules. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in a related field, at least 2 years of experience in Fit Out or A&A projects, and strong communication skills in English and Chinese. This role involves coordinating information flow and supporting the Project Manager in planning and monitoring project progress.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in Fit Out or A&A project.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Team in managing contractors and schedules.
- Coordinate the flow of information between clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Assist Project Manager in setting up the construction plan.

Responsibilities :- Assist the Project Team in managing contractors and schedules to ensure that projects are delivered up to time and to budget
- Coordinate the flow of information between clients, consultants, and contractors from project inception through to handover
- Maintain records and information and to ensure that such information is handled in accordance with proper procedure
- Assist Project Manager in setting up the construction plan, monitoring the project schedule and budget
Requirements :- Diploma or above in related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in Fit Out or A&A project
