Employment Type: Temporary Full Time (up to 31 December 2027)
Position Classification: Health Manager Level 2
Remuneration: $55.40 - $65.37 per hour
Hours Per Week: 38
Location: Predominantly Westmead Hospital, potential to span across multiple WSLHD sites

Selection Criteria:
  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience in a complex health environment with clinical experience / sound understanding of clinical service delivery and models of care.
  • Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external key stakeholders, project groups and senior level management.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and use initiative.
  • Demonstrated performance in implementing change through application of change management principles including experience in risk identification, assessment and mitigation.
  • Understanding of planning, decanting and commissioning activities and time constraints involved.
  • Valid NSW Drivers Licence and be willing to use it for work purposes
