The Melbourne Data Center Operations team seeking a Project Coordinator to provide holistic support for operational delivery. They serve as a vital bridge between daily office operations and project delivery and the wide array of stakeholders within our business. Combining both administrative oversight and project management responsibilities, they support teams by maintaining schedules, tracking deliverables, preparing a wide variety of communications and simultaneously ensuring smooth office operations through managing supplies, coordinating facilities, and maintaining systems and reports.
They assist in project planning, monitor timelines, prepare documentation, and standard reporting requirements. They handle office coordination, team events, and manage general administrative tasks. This position requires strong multitasking abilities, as they often switch between organizing team meetings, updating project reports, and coordinating with various stakeholders. The role reports into the Cluster Manager and acts as a key support person for both operational teams, project teams, and stakeholder groups. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to priorities competing demands effectively.
