Job description

At Endeavour Build, we’re not just constructing homes — we’re constructing wealth and opportunity for our clients and our people. With a strong pipeline of residential and multi-dwelling projects, we are looking to grow our commercial team with a detail-oriented focus towards Contracts Administration & Accounts Receivable

About the Role

This role sits at the heart of our operations, supporting both our Project Manager and Estimating Manager while acting as the key control point for accounts receivable and supplier/subcontractor invoicing.

The focus will be to ensure all project costs are commercially verified and aligned with our systems before being receipted. From reviewing subcontractor claims and supplier invoices, through to reconciliation of purchase orders, compliance documentation and cost allocations — this role helps to ensure Endeavour Build’s projects run with accuracy, transparency, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process all supplier and subcontractor invoices against issued Purchase Orders ensuring any discrepancies or amendments are undertaken prior to processing
  • Verify accuracy of cost allocations, scopes, job numbers, cost centres, and identify any overruns.
  • Ensure correct receipting and allocation of invoices in project costing software and coordinate any queries with Project Manager or Estimating Manager such that resolution occurs promptly
  • Assist the Project Manager with compliance and certification documentation follow-ups.
  • Assist the Project Manager with reviewing/verifying financial reports prior to distributing them to GM.
  • Maintain commercial records to ensure accuracy across projects and accounts.
  • Provide administrative relief to PM/EM by managing verification and documentation tasks.
  • Ensure closeout of weekly invoice queries
  • Contribute to system improvement and best-practice processes for project cost control.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is commercially astute, organised, and eager to grow within a progressive construction company. Ideally, you will bring:

  • Experience in contracts administration, accounts payable/receivable, or project administration in the construction sector.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors or inconsistencies.
  • Familiarity with purchase orders, supplier claims, and subcontractor documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in project costing/accounting software (Procore/Xero) or similar
  • A proactive, team-focused mindset with a willingness to take ownership of processes.

Why Join Endeavour Build?

  • Be part of a fast-growing builder focused on excellence, innovation, and building long-term wealth for clients.
  • Gain exposure across project management, estimating, and accounts, giving you a rounded commercial career pathway.
  • Work with a supportive leadership team that values candour, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Enjoy opportunities to develop your skills as the company continues to expand across NSW.
