About the role: As the Project and Procurement Officer, you'll be a vital part of the civil construction team. Collaborating with the Operations manager, the role involves creating budgets and implementing effective procurement strategies that support both business objectives and project success. This role involves overseeing pre-contract functions of civil projects as well as ensuring the timely delivery and engagement of contractors and suppliers. Your responsibilities will include:
About you: To be successful in the role, you will ideally have prior civil works experience or equivalent structural and/or engineering exposure. The ability to understand a project from start to finish and work with all the component parts, teams and authorities will also be highly regarded. A professional standard of organisation, communication and negotiation skills, as well as a high level of attention to detail and accuracy is essential for your success.
