Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Program or Project Administrator to support our growing operations and sales team. This role involves a wide range of administrative tasks including contract management, project coordination, and stakeholder communication, essential for the smooth execution of our services and projects.

Responsibilities
  • Administer contracts and loan servicing agreements, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Review and update programs and processes to reflect market and regulatory changes.
  • Liaise with clients, brokers, and partners to resolve inquiries and issues.
  • Maintain documentation systems and standardise administrative processes.
  • Coordinate projects across teams and monitor progress against goals.
  • Provide reports and analysis to support management decision-making.
  • Manage contractors and office-related operations.
  • Prepare submissions and reports for regulators, investors, and internal use.
  • Collect and analyse project data, reporting on outcomes.
  • Plan and arrange office space to meet operational needs.
