Job summary

NSW Department of Communities and Justice is seeking a Program Support Officer in Parramatta for a full-time, temporary role to support Major and Specialised Projects. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with 50% onsite time and a salary range of $87,199 to $95,482 per annum plus super.

You will coordinate project delivery, maintain financial records, and engage with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Relevant administration/business qualifications in office management and senior administration roles.
• Experience with SAP/myWorkZone or similar financial systems including PO creation, invoices and reconciliations.
• High accuracy and attention to detail in financial records, registers and reporting.
• Excel skills and ability to manage, analyse and report project and financial data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the delivery of compliance, upgrade and property-related projects, ensuring milestones and outcomes are achieved.
• Prepare and maintain project documents, reports, databases and financial records including PO, invoices and status updates.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors and suppliers to resolve issues and support project implementation.
• Contribute to auditing, monitoring and reporting activities with accurate financial and operational insights.
• Participate in team collaboration, training and process improvement initiatives.
