Our client is a Federal Government Department delivering Australian Government priorities and services. The role sits within a program environment where accurate financial management, contract administration, reporting and governance are important to the effective delivery of program outcomes.
We are seeking a Program Support Officer at the APS5/APS6 equivalent level for an initial 12-month labour hire engagement, with a further 12-month extension option. The role will provide day-to-day program support across financial management, contract administration, SAP processing, reporting and governance. You will work closely with finance, program and business stakeholders to maintain accurate records, monitor expenditure and contracts, support reporting cycles and identify emerging risks or issues.

Experience using SAP or a similar enterprise financial and contract management system is desirable.
No specific mandatory qualification is identified in the RFQ. Relevant experience across program support, finance, contracts, procurement or project administration will be considered.
This role offers broad exposure across the operational side of government program delivery rather than focusing on one narrow function. It may suit someone who has worked across program support, finance, procurement, contract administration or project coordination and wants a position that combines these capabilities.
