Job summary

Pace Solano is seeking a conscientious supervisor to train, assist and oversee instructors and staff in daily tasks, documentation and scheduling. You will monitor care plans, coordinate activities and ensure safety at the program site.

The role requires 2+ years in human services, a valid CA driver’s license, and fingerprint clearance. Training coordination and after-hours duties may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a human services delivery system.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Pass employer-paid physical including TB test, chest x-ray, BAT, drug screen, and back evaluation.
• DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance.
• Valid California driver’s license with proof of insurance and DMV printout.

Responsibilities

• Provide training, assistance and supervision to instructors/teachers in daily work and paperwork.
• Monitor IPCSPs, field charts, behavior calendars, medication and care plans; ensure objectives are implemented.
• Schedule and facilitate planning activities and IPCSPs; develop and complete required plans within timelines.
• Plan, schedule, implement and supervise all program activities including field trips and events.
• In the absence of the Program Manager, supervise the site and maintain safety.
• Assist with staff trainings and mandatory trainings; coordinate with consultants as needed.
• Maintain communication with staff, clients, providers and agencies; disseminate information to management.
• Attend mandatory trainings, meetings and after-hours trainings when required.
• Report all suspected abuse per mandated reporter regulations and procedures.
• Display professional attitude towards individuals and staff.
• Follow ongoing safety procedures and assist with daily tasks as needed.
• Other related duties as assigned.
