Job summary

Albury Wodonga Health is seeking a Program Manager for the Older Persons Mental Health Service (OPMHS) to lead day-to-day operations, partnering with the Clinical Lead to deliver safe, high-quality mental health care for older adults across communities.

This senior role requires demonstrated leadership in change management and service development within mental health, with strong stakeholder engagement and a commitment to continuous improvement. AHPRA registration is required or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA, or eligibility for practising membership.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated leadership in change management and service development within mental health.
• Comprehensive knowledge of community-based mental health delivery, including rural/regional contexts.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Older Persons Mental Health Service (OPMHS).
• Provide strategic and operational leadership to multidisciplinary teams.
• Drive service innovation and continuous improvement across the service.
