The Department of Education Victoria is seeking a Program Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Thriving Kids allied health supports. Based in one of Melton, Coburg or Footscray, you will lead a multidisciplinary workforce and establish the conditions for high-quality, integrated services.

You will drive workforce capability, form strong partnerships across education, health and community settings, and guide the ongoing development of the Thriving Kids model

• Senior leadership experience in a complex, cross-sector environment.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and diverse workforces.
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for implementation and delivery of Thriving Kids allied health supports.
• Lead workforce establishment and capability development across education, health and community sectors.
• Build partnerships and collaborative approaches across services and sectors.
• Oversee complex implementation, operations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor service delivery and address emerging issues to achieve outcomes.
