Job summary

Anglicare Victoria’s The Orange Door program seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead across the western suburbs, including Werribee, with a focus on child wellbeing. This fast-paced leadership role spans Werribee, Yarraville and Footscray, coordinating across agencies to improve outcomes for children and families.

You’ll operate in a matrix governance model, provide practice leadership, and manage workforce planning, recruitment and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior leadership role across multiple sites.
• Ability to navigate complex multi-agency service environments.
• Demonstrated change leadership and service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams with a focus on wellbeing, resilience and performance.
• Build trusted partnerships across The Orange Door internal and external.
• Navigate complex issues and make timely decisions in a high-risk, fast-moving environment.
• Lead change and contribute to ongoing development of The Orange Door model.
• Provide practice leadership and contribute to service guidelines and frameworks.
• Manage workforce planning, recruitment, budgets and performance with support.
• Represent Anglicare Victoria across sector committees and forums.
