Job summary

Data#3 is an ASX200 technology company based in Brisbane seeking a Program Manager to lead major transformation programs that shape digital customer experience and data capability.

You will oversee delivery of complex, cross-business initiatives, engage with senior stakeholders, governance and delivery discipline to ensure on-time, within-scope outcomes.

This is a 12-month Limited Term engagement with potential extension or permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Recent experience delivering large-scale, integrated software, application, product or platform programs.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior leaders, technical teams, vendors and delivery partners.
• Experience working across complex systems, business processes and integrated platform environments.
• Strong governance, reporting, planning, risk and variation management.
• Clear communication style, able to align, raise risks early and influence change.

This is a high-impact opportunity to work internally at Data#3 to deliver complex, cross-business initiatives where strong stakeholder engagement, governance and delivery discipline will be critical to success.

About You

You are motivated, commercially minded Program Manager comfortable developing and managing scope and priorities and you will bring:

• Strong stakeholder management skills across senior business leaders, technical teams, vendors and delivery partners
• Experience working across complex systems, business processes and integrated platform environments
• Strong governance, reporting, planning, risk and variation management capability
• A confident communication style, with the ability to create alignment, raise risks early and influence positive change
