  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, visibility, forecasting accuracy and delivery outcomes.
About You

You are a practical and commercially minded leader who thrives in complex operational environments. You combine strong program management capability with the confidence to make decisions, manage competing priorities and work collaboratively with clients and delivery teams to achieve outcomes.

  • Demonstrated experience delivering maintenance, construction or capital works programs within electricity, utilities, infrastructure or a related industry.
  • Strong financial, forecasting and reporting capability, with experience managing budgets, schedules, resources and performance metrics.
  • A proven ability to build credibility with clients and stakeholders while leading teams to deliver safe, cost-effective and timely outcomes.
  • Accountability, resilience and sound judgement, with a practical approach to problem solving and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
