McAuley College, Beaudesert is seeking an innovative Program Leader (Data and Performance) to drive data-informed decision-making, enhance student outcomes, and lead strategic initiatives that support excellence in teaching, learning, and school improvement.
This is a continuing teaching appointment, with an initial appointment into the Middle Leader position including Middle Leader Allowance, concluding at the end of the current triennium (December 2029). Two subsequent three-year appointments with the Middle Leader Allowance can be offered subject to satisfactory performance in the position and the ongoing existence of the position.
McAuley College is a 7-12 co-educational secondary College in Beaudesert at the heart of the Scenic Rim.
