Job summary

CSIRO invites applications for a Program Manager - Southeast Asia Energy Partnerships to lead the coordination and delivery of CSIRO's DFAT-funded regional energy program. You will work across government, research, industry and partner organisations to ensure well-planned activities, governance, and client satisfaction.

This role focuses on strategic stakeholder engagement, program leadership, and international collaboration, with teams distributed globally.

Qualifications

• Formal qualifications in project, program or portfolio management or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs of work.
• Certification such as CP PM/CPD or equivalent is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead program-level coordination across scope, schedule, budget and deliverables.
• Coordinate regional collaborations with CSIRO researchers, DFAT, ASEAN and partners.
• Translate objectives into delivery plans, milestones and reporting rhythms.
• Manage risks, dependencies and delivery issues in a dynamic environment.
• Oversee budgeting, procurement, contract management and governance.
• Monitor and report on outcomes, impact and partner value.
• Support opportunities for program growth and new regional partnerships.
