Fulham Correctional Centre is seeking a motivated Program Facilitator to deliver structured group programs that support individuals in building life skills, confidence and resilience for community reintegration.

You will facilitate programs on personal development, wellbeing, communication and cognitive skills, working within a structured, safety-conscious environment in rural Victoria.

Qualifications

• Qualification in community services, welfare or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering group programs or training sessions.
• Strong communication skills with a professional approach.
• Ability to engage people with complex or challenging behaviours.
• Highly organised with strong time management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

What You Bring / About You
