Job summary

The Victorian Government, Emergency Management Victoria, invites applications for a Program Director, Information Warning Systems within EMV's Technology and Data Division. This fixed-term, full-time role leads the Information Warning capability, drives program governance, and shapes delivery across multiple work packages.

Qualifications

Extensive Program/Project Management experience in large, complex enterprises.
Hands-on experience delivering large-scale technology projects through full project lifecycle.
Sound working knowledge of information, communication and warning platforms.
Experience in agile delivery.

Responsibilities

Drive workplace culture and practices that deliver on the vision of EM T&D.
Lead, manage and oversee the multiple Work Packages associated with a replacement information and warning capability.
Develop the program structure end-to-end including governance, procurement strategy, stakeholder engagement within the project delivery framework.
