  • Senior program director with 15+ years of experience in healthcare IT including proven track record of complex EMR and PAS systems implementations within Australia.
  • Tertiary qualifications or relevant certifications in program management and digital health essential, with clinical experience desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large program teams to deliver a complex program within scope, timeline and budget including management of project management, technical, architects, change management, training and clinical resources and where required vendor and external resources.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful complex program delivery including financial forecasting and control, project planning and scheduling, and management of inter-dependant projects with an ability to clarify complex environments to deliver agreed outcomes.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of technical expertise related to architecture, devices and network including experience working with architects and technical resources with an ability to translate requirements and terminology.
  • Proven ability and experience in leading large scale organisational change supported by contemporary and effective communication systems, sophisticated stakeholder engagement structures and approaches and a deep understanding of the principles underpinning successful change projects delivered at scale.
  • Proven ability to engage and mobilise different stakeholder groups to support optimal program delivery and outcomes.
  • Demonstrated record working with and coaching executive teams, with an ability to clearly articulate details of program and associated risks and escalations in a concise meaningful way, and effectively manage resistance and challenges through exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills including the ability to deal effectively with diverse skill sets spanning clinical to technical groups.
