Job summary

Xpt Software Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an accomplished Program Director to lead RegistryConnect in support of the Senior Responsible Officer. The role requires executive or principal seniority with accountability for program finances, governance and cross-workstream delivery across approximately 25 projects.

You will oversee planning, reporting to governance bodies, and the implementation of corrective actions to keep the program on track, building leadership capability within ASIC program

• Essential: led a large, multi-year government technology and business transformation program with 100+ people and external assurance engagement.
• Desirable: registry, regulator or financial services program; Commonwealth budget and gateway processes; legacy modernisation.

Program Delivery Leadership

This Domain supports the Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) with program oversight, plans, finances, reporting, staffing and corrective action across about 25 projects in three workstreams (SOR 5.b, Table 6).

Program Director

Purpose: provide overall leadership of RegistryConnect in support of the SRO. Seniority: Executive or principal. Reports to: SRO (Paul Franklin, per the briefing).
