Job summary

VLSB+C is seeking a Program Delivery Manager to join our Policy & Outreach business unit. You will develop and coordinate a rolling program agenda, improve visibility across workstreams and support management of dependencies between programs of work.

We value passionate, driven people with 5+ years in project or program management, strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills. Flexible working options, including part-time and up to 2 days from home, are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in project or program management.
• Experience supporting delivery across the full program lifecycle, including planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring and reporting.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills, including building effective relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills in complex or time-sensitive environments.
• Proven experience establishing or applying fit-for-purpose planning, governance and reporting processes.
