Hoban Recruitment is seeking an APS6 Program Coordinator to coordinate and support the delivery of complex projects and policy initiatives for a Federal Government agency. You will work with government and external partners to develop culturally informed programs that improve outcomes for First Nations people with disability.

The role offers a 37.5-hour week, full-time hours, with an ASAP start in Sydney or Canberra, and a competitive hourly pay rate with benefits such as superannuation.

Qualifications

• Experience in program coordination, policy development or project delivery within government or a similarly complex environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build productive relationships across diverse groups.
• Experience working with First Nations stakeholders and understanding culturally safe engagement practices.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate projects, policy initiatives and communications aligned to strategic objectives.
• Prepare briefs, reports, submissions and governance papers of high quality.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including First Nations communities.
• Support co-design approaches and culturally safe engagement practices.
