Job summary

Camp Manyung is seeking a motivated Program Assistant to help create unforgettable outdoor experiences for young people. You will deliver a variety of activities for visiting schools and community groups, while ensuring safety, engagement and fun.

This casual role pays $36.68 per hour plus Superannuation and YMCA benefits. You will develop leadership, connect with participants from diverse backgrounds, and help maintain equipment and program delivery standards.

About the Role

As a Program Assistant at Camp Manyung, you will help create unforgettable experiences in the great outdoors. Our camp is a place where young people discover new skills and build confidence. You will work alongside a passionate team to ensure every activity is safe, engaging, and fun.

Key responsibilities include:

The position is Casual with an hourly pay of $36.68 + Super + Y benefits

About Camp Manyung

Camp Manyung is a recreation camp located in Mt Eliza on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, and managed by YMCA Camps. Catering to schools and groups year-round, the team at Camp Manyung run a variety of programs and activities to suit every group, from snorkeling and kayaking to archery and raft building. Featuring a state-of-the-art recreation center, flexible and accessible accommodation and picturesque outdoor areas, Camp Manyung is the perfect place to explore the great outdoors.
