The Program Advisor leads and co-ordinates the Program Team, supporting the delivery and development of capital works across the Barwon South West Grampians region. This role oversees the health of the delivery program across the arterial network and co-ordinates the funded local roads projects with Councils. The role also coordinates funding variations, stage-gate approvals and project handovers, while ensuring accurate program reporting supports decision-making and Departmental requirements. Key responsibilities include stakeholder and supplier collaboration, managing program-wide risks, improving project management systems and processes, providing practical delivery advice, and promoting safe, inclusive and flexible team operations.
