Job summary

Tuga Pastries Australia in Sydney is seeking experienced and dependable Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers to deliver our freshly made products to customers across the city. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will manage a busy run, care for your vehicle and products, and complete every delivery safely.

These are full-time night shifts with company vehicles, rostered between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am, up to 60 drops per shift, and weekend work as required.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Australian C-Class driver licence (or higher) held for at least two years.
• At least two years’ experience driving long-wheelbase high-roof vans or larger commercial vehicles.
• Minimum two years’ experience in fast-paced commercial multi-drop deliveries.
• Able to work full-time night shifts 10:00 pm–8:00 am.
• Available for weekday and weekend rosters.
• Provide a recent driving record (within six months) and a National Police Check (within three months).
• Sydney-based with valid Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Complete fast-paced multi-drop delivery runs across metropolitan Sydney.
• Safely load and unload products throughout your shift.
• Organise loads in delivery order and check products against run sheets.
• Complete up to 60 deliveries per night accurately and efficiently.
• Drive company vehicles (long-wheelbase vans or trucks) and follow planned routes.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report faults promptly.

Tuga is looking for experienced and dependable Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers to deliver our freshly made products to customers across Sydney.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on delivery role for professional drivers who know how to manage a busy run, care for their vehicle and products, and complete every delivery safely and accurately. With up to 60 drops per night, you’ll enjoy working independently while remaining an important part of Tuga’s wider production and logistics team.

The opportunity

Tuga operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and our night-delivery team plays a critical role in getting our products where they need to be.

These are full-time employee positions, with shifts rostered between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am, including weekend work as required.

This is a direct employment opportunity. We are not engaging drivers through ABNs or independent contracting arrangements.

What you’ll be doing

As a Professional Multi-Drop Delivery Driver, you will:

• Complete fast-paced multi-drop delivery runs across metropolitan Sydney

• Safely load and unload products throughout your shift

• Organise loads in delivery order and check products against run sheets

• Complete up to 60 deliveries per night accurately and efficiently

• Drive a long-wheelbase high-roof van, 4.5-tonne GVM truck or other suitable company vehicle

• Follow planned routes and respond appropriately to delivery issues or delays

• Handle products carefully and ensure they arrive in excellent condition

• Complete delivery records and proof-of-delivery requirements accurately

• Carry out pre-start vehicle checks and promptly report faults or damage

• Maintain the cleanliness and professional presentation of the vehicle

• Follow road laws, safe-driving practices and Tuga’s workplace procedures

• Provide professional and courteous service at every delivery location

Essential requirements

To be considered, you must:

• Hold a current Australian C-Class driver licence or higher and have held it for at least two years

• Have at least two years’ experience driving a long-wheelbase high-roof van, 4.5-tonne GVM truck or larger commercial vehicle

• Have at least two years’ experience completing fast-paced commercial multi-drop delivery runs

• Be available for full-time night work between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am

• Be available for weekday and weekend shifts as rostered

• Be able to safely perform the physical requirements of the role, including repeated entry and exit from the vehicle, loading and unloading products, and completing up to 60 drops per shift

• Provide an official driving record issued within the previous six months

• Provide a National Police Check issued within the previous three months

• Be reliable, honest and punctual, with a positive and professional attitude

• Be currently based in Sydney and hold valid Australian working rights

Rideshare or app-based food-delivery experience alone will not meet the commercial multi-drop experience requirement.
