As a Multi-Drop Delivery Driver, you will deliver meat and food products on your designated route, maintain cold-chain integrity, and ensure on-time, accurate deliveries with outstanding customer service.

Dick Stone Pty Ltd is one of Australia's leading wholesale meat suppliers, servicing customers across Sydney and surrounding regions. We are currently seeking a reliable, safety-focused and customer-oriented Multi-Drop Delivery Driver to join our transport team.

This is a hands-on role responsible for delivering meat and food products to customers while ensuring product quality, food safety compliance and exceptional customer service.

About the Role

As a Multi-Drop Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of products to customers across your designated route. You will play a critical role in maintaining product integrity, customer satisfaction and ensuring our vehicles and operations remain compliant with transport, food safety, and safety requirements.

This role involves early morning starts, physical work, customer interaction and operating refrigerated delivery vehicles.

This is a casual role with a view to permanent for the right person. This role includes Saturday work.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Customer Service

• Deliver orders accurately and on time to customers

• Load and unload products safely while maintaining cold-chain requirements

• Complete delivery documentation and Proof of Delivery records accurately

• Provide professional and friendly customer service

• Represent Dick Stone positively at all customer locations

Vehicle Operation & Safety

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report defects

• Operate company vehicles safely and lawfully

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation standards

• Monitor refrigeration performance and report any issues immediately

• Ensure loads are secured and company assets protected

Compliance & Food Safety

• Follow all road transport laws and company driving standards

• Comply with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements

• Adhere to food safety, hygiene and product handling procedures

• Report hazards, incidents, vehicle damage and customer concerns promptly

• Participate in safety training, toolbox talks and compliance activities

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence

• Previous multi-drop delivery driving experience

• Strong commitment to safe driving and workplace safety

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Reliable, punctual and organised

• Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules

Desirable

• LR, MR or HR Licence

• Forklift Licence

• Experience in food distribution, transport or refrigerated delivery environments

• Experience working within warehouse or logistics operations

Physical Requirements

This role involves:

• Repetitive lifting and manual handling

• Working in refrigerated and cold environments

• Early morning starts

• Loading and unloading products throughout the day

• Driving in metropolitan and regional areas

Successful applicants must be able to meet the inherent requirements of the role and may be required to undertake medical, drug and alcohol screening, functional assessments and reference checks.
