Job summary

Hatch Ltd. seeks a Professional Development Manager to lead staff development programs across our Advisory Practice in Brisbane or Melbourne.

You will manage resourcing, staffing plans, and formal training, driving rapid growth through continuous improvement and regional rollout. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least three years in management consulting, with strong analytics, stakeholder management, and MS Office proficiency to deliver structured, evidence-based development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a management consulting firm is preferred.
• Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with high growth and changing circumstances.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to influence change.
• Influencing skills and interfacing with senior members of the business.

Responsibilities

• Manage Professional Development Programs
• Coordinate semiannual staff reviews and mentoring processes
• Oversee formal training programs and maintain records
• Develop development plans addressing individual needs and growth
• Coordinate regional training courses and track skillsets
• Maintain a 12-month improvement roadmap for core responsibilities
