Job summary

Top Office Group Pty Ltd – Carole Park QLD is recruiting 2x Production Hands for an established Australian manufacturing business with 40+ years of operation. Roles offer ongoing work, overtime, and potential permanent progression.

Work available on day shift (6:00 am–2:00 pm) or afternoon shift (2:00 pm–10:00 pm), Monday to Friday, with opportunities to transition from casual to permanent. Key duties include forklift operation (licence preferred), manual handling, weighing and batching

Qualifications

• Physical capability for manual handling in manufacturing
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Experience in manufacturing/agriculture/feed production or similar is advantageous but not essential

Top Office Group Pty Ltd – Carole Park QLD

We are currently recruiting for 2x Production Hands for an established Australian manufacturing business of over 40 years that produces specialised agricultural products for customers across Australia. These roles offer ongoing work, overtime and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

These positions are available on either a day shift or afternoon shift roster, Monday to Friday:

Shift Details

• Day Shift: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm

• Afternoon Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently (for forklift roles, a current licence is required).

• Perform manual handling tasks, including bagging and stacking small packs.

• Assist with picking, weighing, and batching ingredients for blending.

• Conduct pre-start equipment checks and report any maintenance issues.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.

• Support general production operations as required.

To Be Considered, You Will Need

• A current Forklift Licence for forklift operator positions (preferred but not essential).

• The physical capability to perform manual handling tasks in a manufacturing environment.

• A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

• Previous experience in manufacturing, agriculture, feed production, or a similar environment is advantageous but not essential.

What's on Offer

Day Shift

• Casual rate of $40.11 per hour plus superannuation.

• Permanent rate of $32.09 per hour plus superannuation.

Afternoon Shift

• Casual rate of up to $36.90 per hour plus superannuation.

• Permanent rate of $46.13 per hour plus superannuation.
