Job summary

Ese Consulting is seeking reliable Casual Production Workers to join a busy manufacturing and processing site in Bridgewater, Victoria. The role runs Monday to Friday with afternoon shifts from 7:00am to 3:00pm, at an hourly rate of $31.19 with overtime available.

You will work as part of a team across production, packing and general operations. The work is hands-on and physically demanding, with weekly pay and opportunities for additional hours for those who show reliability and a strong work

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organise production and packing areas for each shift.

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Casual Production Workers to join a busy manufacturing and processing environment in Bridgewater.

These roles offer consistent Monday-to-Friday work, with opportunities for additional hours and overtime for those who are reliable, motivated and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

You will work as part of a team across production, packing and general manufacturing operations. The work is hands-on and can be physically demanding, with employees required to remain on their feet for extended periods and undertake repetitive tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and organising production and mixing areas for each shift.
• Operating basic production and packing machinery.
• Mixing, packing, sealing, labelling and palletising finished products.
• Moving and storing finished products safely and efficiently.
• Completing production records and paperwork accurately.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment.
• Performing repetitive production tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Assisting with general warehouse and production duties as required.
• Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily production requirements.

Packing Operations

Production workers may be required to work within different packing areas, including:

Small Goods Packing: Packing 5kg and 10kg products using basic machinery, including filling, sealing and labelling.

Large-Format Packing: Packing 12.5kg and 20kg products using conveyor systems and machinery.

By-Product Packing: Operating basic machinery to fill and pack 25kg bags.

About You

To be successful, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, warehousing, packing or a similar environment.
• The physical capacity to safely lift up to 25kg.
• The ability to stand and work on your feet for an extended period.
• The ability to undertake repetitive work while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• The ability to follow instructions, procedures and workplace safety requirements.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A current driver's licence and reliable transport.
• A willingness to undertake additional training where required.

Physical & Workplace Requirements
