Job summary

Ese Consulting is seeking reliable Casual Production Workers to join a busy manufacturing and processing site in Bridgewater, Victoria. The role runs Monday to Friday with afternoon shifts from 7:00am to 3:00pm, at an hourly rate of $31.19 with overtime available.

You will work as part of a team across production, packing and general operations. The work is hands-on and physically demanding, with weekly pay and opportunities for additional hours for those who show reliability and a strong work

Qualifications

• The physical capacity to lift up to 25 kg.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to work Monday to Friday with attention to safety and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organise production and packing areas for each shift.
• Operate basic production and packing machinery.
• Pack, seal, label and palletise finished products.
• Move and store finished products safely and efficiently.
• Complete production records accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
• Perform repetitive tasks while upholding quality and safety standards.
• Assist with general warehouse and production duties as required.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
