Chelmstone is a fast-growing, dynamic precast concrete manufacturer established over 30 years ago. We are renowned for producing quality precast concrete products for some of Australia’s largest infrastructure projects. Our range includes custom paving for commercial and residential projects as well as innovative lightweight recycled concrete products distributed nationwide.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated Factory Production Worker to join our team at Seventeen Mile Rocks. This is a hands-on role in our precast facility, offering consistent hours, overtime opportunities, and the chance to grow into a Production Line Supervisor role.

Key Duties

• Operate mixing machinery for concrete production
• Demould a variety of precast concrete pavers
• Prepare and clean moulds ready for casting
• Pack and wrap pallets of finished products for dispatch
• Use power tools for production preparation and light maintenance
• Maintain clean, safe, and organised work areas

Skills & Experience

• Forklift Licence (LF) – required
• Experience in precast concrete, general concreting, or tiling (preferred but not essential)
• Physically fit for repetitive manual tasks
• Strong work ethic with a safety-first attitude
• Driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team
