Job summary

Symmetry Human Resources Group is seeking a Production Worker for the PM shift based in Laverton North. The role involves decanting chemicals, light labour, and drum filling with palletising responsibilities. Candidates must be able to lift up to 25 kg and work in a chemical environment.

You will operate filling equipment, adhere to safety procedures, and wear PPE as provided. A vehicle and valid licence are beneficial for this site.

Production Worker – PM Shift

Location: Laverton North

Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:30 pm – 10:30 pm

Pay Rate: $38.01 per hour

Job Duties:

• Decanting chemicals and general labouring duties.
• Manual handling and lifting up to 25 kg.
• Filling empty 10–25 litre drums by placing them on a bench and operating the filling button.
• Capping filled drums and palletising finished products.
• Following workplace health and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Own car and valid driver's licence.
• Comfortable working in a chemical environment with noticeable odours.
• Must wear long sleeves, long pants, safety boots and high-vis clothing.
• Safety glasses and hearing protection will be provided.
