Job summary

Symmetry Human Resources Group is sourcing a Production & Wastewater Operator for a Laverton North location in Victoria. The role involves supporting production processes and wastewater operations while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The position is casual with a consistent 7:00 AM–3:00 PM Monday to Friday roster and full training provided. Ideal candidates will have experience in production or wastewater environments, with a focus on safety and quality, and the ability to follow

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production, factory, wastewater, or chemical environment.
• Experience conducting chemical testing.
• Strong focus on workplace safety and quality.
• Reliable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow procedures and work independently.
• Comfortable working around occasional industrial odors.
• Forklift License highly regarded but not essential.
