Job summary

Kotzur designs, manufactures and delivers bulk solids storage and handling solutions across Australia. We are seeking a practical, safety-focused Production Worker to join our Walla Walla production team, with a primary focus on plate laser operation.

You will operate the plate laser, produce quality components, and support general production, fabrication, materials handling and assembly activities. Join a respected Australian-owned manufacturing and engineering business.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, metal fabrication or a similar environment.
• Plate laser, CNC or production equipment experience will be highly regarded.
• Good mechanical aptitude and ability to follow drawings, work instructions and production documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative and commitment to safety, quality and timelines.
• Ability to perform physical work in a factory environment and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate the plate laser safely and efficiently.
• Produce accurate components to drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Complete quality checks and report safety, quality or equipment issues.
• Support fabrication and assembly of silos, components, gantries and walkways.
