Programmed Maintenance Services – Heatherton VIC is seeking reliable Production Workers to join our busy manufacturing team. This hands-on role involves packing benchtops, feeding wrapping machines, and assisting the production line while aiming for quality results.

You should be physically fit, able to lift up to 25kg, and enjoy repetitive manual work. The position offers hours from Monday to Thursday 7:00am–3:30pm and Friday 7:00am–1:30pm, with clear pathways to Machine Operating roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments is preferred.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
• Good communication and teamwork skills are important.
• Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks and handle up to 25 kg.

Responsibilities

• Assist the production team with general support duties.
• Pack benchtops onto pallets, trolleys, and dollies.
• Feed benchtops into wrapping machines.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet standards.
• Perform repetitive production and assembly tasks.
• Manual handling of products up to 25kg.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment.
