Job summary

Excel Recruitment is seeking a reliable Production Operator for a busy beverage packing site in Dingley Village, VIC. The role involves operating production machinery, manual packing, palletising and assisting with line setups.

You will contribute to smooth production runs and ensure safety and quality standards are met. We offer Afternoon and Night shifts, Monday to Friday, with on-call casual work and training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in pick packing, warehousing or food manufacturing.
• Ability to perform manual handling and repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable, punctual and a good team player.
• Full Australian working rights, current driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• Available for an immediate start.

Responsibilities

Key Duties

• Operating production machinery (set up and monitor machines)


• Manual packing, palletising and destacking


• Assisting with production line setups and changeovers


• Troubleshooting issues and reporting them to the Production Manager or Line Setter


• Monitoring productivity and meeting daily KPIs


• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

What's On Offer

• Afternoon Shift: Monday-Friday, starting at 2:30pm - $38.00 per hour


• Night Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:40pm-2:00am - $42.97 per hour
