Ongoing casual opportunities | Monday to Friday | Night, Afternoon & Day Shifts

APG Workforce is currently recruiting Production & Packing Operators to join a well-established Australian manufacturer based in Ingleburn.

These are hands-on opportunities within a fast-paced production environment, working across multiple production lines and supporting the safe, efficient and accurate manufacture and packing of products.

We are currently looking to fill a number of positions across all shifts.

• Starting from $33.30 per hour + applicable shift penalties
• Night, Afternoon & Day Shift opportunities | Monday to Friday
• Ingleburn location | Ongoing | Immediate starts

About the Role
The Role Working as part of a supportive production team, your responsibilities may include:

• Working on fast-paced production lines
• Packing and preparing products to required standards
• Performing repetitive production and manual handling tasks
• Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
• Following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and site procedures
• Keeping your work area clean and organised
• Following all workplace health and safety requirements
• Assisting with general production duties as required

The site operates across Day, Afternoon and Night Shifts, with staggered start times.

• Day shift starting from 5am
• Afternoon starting from 1pm
• Night Starting From 9pm.

We're looking for reliable people who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and can commit to ongoing Monday to Friday work.

You will ideally have:

• Previous production, manufacturing or packing experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• The ability to perform repetitive manual tasks and stand for extended periods
• A commitment to workplace health and safety
• The ability to follow GMP and site procedures
• Reliable transport to Ingleburn
• Flexibility to work the required shift
