Job summary

Talent Focus is hiring a casual Production Worker for a leading manufacturing site in Villawood, NSW. Immediate start with day shifts (6:00am / 7:00am) and a 38-hour week. Work involves following batch sheets, mixing ingredients, packing products, stock handling and cleaning equipment. Strong reliability and safety focus are essential.

Role offers ongoing casual employment with an immediate start for applicants with manufacturing or machine operation experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation.
• Experience with mixing, batching or blending is highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow batch sheets and ingredient instructions.
• Mix liquids and powders using industrial tanks and stirrers.
• Measure and decant ingredients accurately.
• Pack finished products.
• Pick and store stock for production.
• Receive and store incoming deliveries.
• Complete product repacks.
• Clean equipment and work areas.
• Manual handling of products up to 20kg.

What's on Offer:

• Monday to Friday
• Day Shift - 6:00am / 7:00am starts
• 38 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Following batch sheets and ingredient instructions
• Mixing liquids and powders using industrial tanks and stirrers
• Measuring and decanting ingredients accurately
• Packing finished products
• Picking and putting away stock for production
• Receiving and storing incoming deliveries
• Completing product repacks
• Cleaning equipment and work areas
• Manual handling of products up to 20kg

To Be Successful You Will Have:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production or machine operation
• Experience with mixing, batching or blending (highly regarded)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions
• A good work ethic and reliable attendance
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• A commitment to workplace safety and quality
