Talent Acquisition Group in Parramatta, NSW, is seeking Bakery Production Operators for ongoing shifts with weekly pay. Base rate $33.05 per hour plus shift loading and penalties; forklift license holders may be considered. Roles span day, afternoon and night shifts with Monday–Friday ongoing work.

Qualifications

Casual position
Base rate $33.05 with applied shift loading and penalties applied aligned with the EA/Award rates. If you have a forklift license we have roles to be considered.

Monday to Friday - ongoing work
Morning, Afternoon and night shift
Hours to expect :06:00am 2:00pm
09:00am- 5:00pm
1:30pm- 9:30pm
2:00pm- 10:00pm
11:00pm- 03:00am

These roles are across Monday to Friday with day, afternoon and night shift available. We have immediate starts available.

About the role:

• Assisting on production lines within a bakery setting
• Packing, sorting, and preparing baked goods for distribution
• Monitoring product quality and consistency
• Operating basic bakery or production equipment
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with food safety requirements
• Manual handling and repetitive tasks
