Job summary

Probiotec is seeking reliable pick packers for AM & PM shifts at Kemps Creek, Sydney NSW. You’ll work on packing lines, loading and recording product, with full training provided. Own transport is recommended due to limited public transport.

We’re looking for team players who can stand a full shift, lift up to 10 kg, and maintain accuracy on repetitive tasks. PPE is required and adherence to hygiene and quality rules. This is a part-time role with immediate start.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for a full shift and perform repetitive packing tasks.
• Able to lift up to 10 kg regularly with heavier items team-lifted.
• PPE required and adherence to hygiene and quality rules.

Responsibilities

• Run packing machines and perform basic settings.
• Load and unload materials and product on the line.
• Check product packed to specification and record results.
• Weigh, count and sample product as instructed.
• Complete production paperwork accurately.
• Clean equipment and work areas.
• Follow instructions and strict quality procedures.
• Work safely and report hazards or incidents immediately.

THE ROLE

Probiotec Multipack provides an extensive range of co-packing services for Food & Beverage (HACCP), Personal Care & Household, Animal Health & Nutrition (APVMA) and Pharmaceutical (TGA) companies.

You’ll work day shift on our packing lines, packing, checking and recording product as part of a shift team. Full training is provided. Own transport is recommended, as public transport to the site is limited.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Run packing machines, including basic machine settings.

Load and unload materials and product on the line.

Check product is packed to specification.

Weigh, count and sample product as instructed.

Fill in production paperwork accurately.

Clean equipment and work areas.

Follow instructions, written procedures and strict hygiene and quality rules.

Work safely, and report hazards, near misses and incidents straight away.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

Comfortable standing for a full shift, with repetitive handling and regular bending.

Able to lift up to 10kg regularly and 10–17kg occasionally. Heavier items are team-lifted.

Good with your hands, including small, fiddly items.

Able to stay focused and accurate on repetitive work.

Comfortable wearing PPE for most of the shift.

Reliable attendance and happy to work as part of a shift team.

Packing experience in pharma, food or FMCG is an advantage, not essential.

Drug and alcohol testing applies on site.
