Job summary

Sensient Technologies is seeking a self-motivated Production Operator to join their team in Australia. The role requires professionalism, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication plus strong time management and problem-solving skills.

You will work onsite five days per week and contribute to production safety, quality procedures, and efficient processing. As a key team member, you will handle material picking, batch recording, and packing according to the daily schedule, with training

Qualifications

• Relevant experience as a Production Operator or process worker in the Food, Beverage, or Pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge in HACCP/GMP/ Sanitation/ Personal hygiene required.

Responsibilities

• Safety is the #1 Priority: ensure safe work and safe product practices.
• Understand and follow site quality procedures.
• Pick raw materials and record product and batch information.
• Process/mix and pack production orders per the daily schedule.
• Complete production paperwork.
• Communicate issues or delays with supervisor.
• Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping.

We are seeking a self-motivated Production Operator. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism with a can-do attitude. Excellent communication skills are essential along with exceptional time management, mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
As a key member of the Sensient team, you will be required to push boundaries and innovate onsite in the office, 5 days per week.

What you will do:

• Processing/mixing and packing off production orders according to the daily production schedule
