GraceWell Group is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established company known for producing high-quality aluminium window, door, and glass systems. They are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Workers to join their growing team in Adelaide.

About the Role

As a Production Worker, you will support the day-to-day manufacturing and assembly processes in a busy, fast-paced workshop environment. Key duties include:

  • Manual assembly of aluminium window and door frames
  • Repetitive cutting, drilling, and handling of aluminium materials
  • Use of basic hand tools, power tools, and machinery (training provided)
  • Quality checks on finished products
  • Packing, labelling, and preparing products for dispatch
  • Assisting with general housekeeping and maintaining a safe work area

This is a physically active role that suits someone with strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and a willingness to learn.

We’d Love to Hear from You If You Have:

  • Experience working with hand or power tools (in a workshop, site, or factory environment)
  • Previous work in automotive, construction, labouring, or manufacturing industries
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete repetitive tasks with care
  • Physical capability to lift heavy items (up to 40kg)
  • Good time management and a strong team work ethic

Highly Regarded (but Not Essential):

  • Experience with aluminium, glazing, or fabrication
  • White Card or valid Driver’s Licence
