Job summary

Savers Croydon Warehouse in Melbourne is seeking a hands-on team member to sort donations and prepare products for our retail stores. You will be part of a fast-moving team, focused on accuracy and speed while upholding safety.

No two days are the same, but you’ll be pricing and grading items, meeting daily targets, and supporting a culture of care for colleagues and donors. This is a full-time role with early starts and opportunities to grow within a purpose-driven charity network.

Qualifications

• Availability for Full Time 38 hours, Monday-Thursday 7.30am - 3.30pm, Friday 7.30am - 4.00pm.

About the Role

Reporting to the Production Manager at our CroydonWarehouse, you will be responsible for treasure hunting – sorting donations from our charity partners and then getting the products ready for our retail stores.

A typical day might include:

• Pricing and grading product so that it is ready to head out onto our retail stores
• Working with your team to make sure you all meet daily production targets
• Supporting our safety culture.

About You

To ensure you can hit the ground running, you will have a mix of the following:

• Availability for Full Time 38hours – Monday to Thursday 7.30am - 3.30pm, Friday 7.30am - 4.00pm
